The Federal Reporting System has moved.

All new federal reporting must be completed within the AHCA Incident Reporting System (AIRS), the same system that currently houses the 15-day adverse incident reporting.

Users must complete any outstanding reports requiring 5-day findings or updates within FEDREP as soon as possible. All new immediate reports must be submitted through the AIRS.

To prevent any disruption in your ability to report, acquire access for the Single Sign-On Portal. If a user already has access to AIRS, they will not need to re-register.
